- Please note that a RESERVATION FEE must be received within 4 days of confirmation and is non-refundable. Reservation fee must be paid with a cashier's check, money order (made payable to Creekside Lodging), sent via Paypal (our email is creeksidelodging@yahoo.com). The reservation fee will be applied to your rent at check-in.
- Pets require an additional deposit, and rental rate is also increased. Call for specific details.
- All rates and services are subject to change without notice.
- Rent is payable in advance.
- Rent is pro-rated by situation.
